Compliance training teaches people what's prohibited. This workshop teaches people how to actually recognize and navigate integrity decisions in real time, built around your team's own experiences, not a generic rulebook.
What does a typical workshop actually look like?
Two hours, up to 20 participants, fully interactive. Everyone participates rather than sitting through a lecture. We bring all materials; your team just shows up.
